Who we are

AuraSignet designs and hand-strings crystal bead bracelets, and writes a date-level reading to go with them. These terms apply to the site and to anything you order from it.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

If you are under 18, you are welcome to read the Journal and generate a reading, but an adult has to place any order.

What a reading is

Readings are offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, financial, or legal advice, and no outcome is promised. Crystal meanings reflect cultural tradition, not scientific claims.

A reading is written from your name, birth date, and chosen intention. It is a piece of reflective writing, not a prediction and not a diagnosis. Two people with the same birth date will receive similar readings, because a date-level reading is exactly that — based on the date, not on a birth time or place.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. A bracelet is priced as the hand-strung base plus each stone you add, and the total is shown before you reach checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify; we never see your full card details.

Every bracelet is made to your wrist size after you order, so we may take a few working days at the bench before shipping. If a stone sells out between your design and your order, we will contact you rather than substituting a different stone.

Shipping and the pouch

Orders with a subtotal of $50.00 or more ship free within the United States. There is no code to enter: the rate is applied at checkout once your address is known.

Every order over $50.00 also arrives with a flannel pouch for the bracelet to live in, wherever in the world it is going. You do not add it to your cart; we pack it.

Below $50.00, shipping is calculated at checkout from your address. International orders are quoted the same way; the free-shipping threshold applies to US addresses only.

The threshold reads the order subtotal — before tax and shipping, after any discount. A bracelet is priced as the hand-strung base plus each stone you add, so a full bracelet clears $50.00 on its own; a single loose stone does not.

The flannel pouch is a gift, not a purchased item: it has no separate charge, it is not insured for value, and it cannot be returned on its own. Fit problems, returns, and repairs are covered in the next section.

Made-to-order, returns, and repairs

Because each bracelet is strung to a size you chose, we ask you to check the wrist size before ordering. If a bracelet does not fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will restring it to a different size once, free.

• Unworn and unaltered: return within 30 days for a refund of the item price.
• Fit problems: one free restring within 30 days.
• Breakage from normal wear: free re-knotting for the first year.
• Custom engraving and gift cards are not returnable.

Silk has rules, and we would rather state them than hide them: keep the bracelet dry, keep it out of midday sun, and take it off before showering or swimming. Damage from soaking or chemical exposure is not covered by the repair promise.

Stones and treatments

Natural stone varies. Colour, banding, and inclusions differ bead to bead, and the bracelet you receive will not be pixel-identical to the photograph.

Where a stone is commonly treated, we say so on the product page — for example, most commercial citrine is heat-treated amethyst, and ours is labelled that way. Hardness figures are the accepted Mohs values for the mineral, not a guarantee about a particular bead.

Your reading, your card

The reading we write for you is yours to keep, print, and share. The printed card that ships with an order is generated from the exact reading you saved, with no rewrites.

The site itself — its text, photography, and code — remains ours. Please do not resell our readings as a service of your own.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering a bracelet that matches what you ordered, and for the repair and return promises above. We are not liable for decisions you make after reading a reading, and nothing on this site is medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
