What we collect

To write a reading we ask for a first name or nickname, a birth date, and the intention you choose. That is the whole input. We do not ask for a birth time, a birth city, or an email address before showing you a reading.

• Reading inputs: the name, birth date, and intention you type into the reading form.
• Reading output: the letter we generate, stored as a snapshot so your printed card matches what you read.
• Order details: shipping address, wrist size, and the bead order for your bracelet — handled by Shopify as our payment and fulfilment processor.
• Newsletter email, only if you enter one.

What stays on your device

Your bracelet design and your most recent reading are saved in your browser, not on our servers, so you can close the tab and come back to an unfinished bracelet.

If you decline non-essential cookies, this storage downgrades to the current session only — it is cleared when you close the tab. Nothing about that choice is sent anywhere, and the site keeps working either way.

Analytics

We measure page views and funnel steps to understand which parts of the site confuse people. Analytics runs only after you accept non-essential cookies.

Your name and birth date are never included in analytics events. Readings are identified by a random snapshot ID with no personal data attached to it.

How long we keep things

Reading snapshots are kept for 30 days so that a reading card can be printed and reprinted for an order, then deleted. Order records are kept as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe, which every email links to.

Deleting your data

To delete your data, write to privacy@aurasignet.com with the subject line "Delete my data." Reading snapshots are removed within 30 days; your name and birth date are never sent to analytics.

If you have placed an order, we may need to keep the record of that transaction for legal reasons even after deleting your reading data. We will tell you if that applies to you.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors to run the shop: Shopify for checkout and fulfilment, an email provider for order and newsletter mail, and a language-model provider that receives your name, birth date, and intention in order to draft the reading. Providers are bound by contract to use that data only to deliver the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
